Dr. Steve Scifres is LVUSD's current Assistant Superintendent of Personnel. He has a variety of experience in the educational field and brings a depth of knowledge from a multitude of experiences within LVUSD.  Steve has severed as an English teacher, Varsity Basketball Coach, High School Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal, and District Director of Curriculum and Instruction.  In addition to his experience with Las Virgenes, Steve also has experience with post-graduate level instruction through Pepperdine University. For the past three years, he has worked as a graduate professor for teaching credential candidates through Pepperdine's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Steve is currently completing his doctorate in Educational Leadership through Pepperdine and expects to graduate in June of 2021.
